Savannah’s school gave a reward to the students who read a certain number of books and she was one of those students. They got tickets to the Nashville Sounds minor league baseball game.
Savannah is not a sports nut to say the least, and she thought it was boring, but we had a good time.

I’m not a big proponent of the Easter Bunny, preferring to try and keep focus on what the day really is for, celebrating Jesus’ resurrection.

We’re in the middle of a bathroom repair job that has turned into a full fledged remodel. Tonight we decided to go to Lowe’s and get flooring and paint samples.
Of Course we had to get something to eat and we chose Applebee’s. I got this pic of Amy while we were waiting on our chicken fiesta chopped salads which were very hot. At least to us.

I took a little time this morning and had lunch at SLS with Savannah. As elementary school lunch time generally is, we were rushed, but we had a good time.
Back from another trick or treat trip. Halloween isn’t my favorite holiday but it does make for good photos.

I love giving creative Christmas gifts. It’s just so much more fun than buying something off the shelf.
I’ve lost count, but I believe 2007 marks the ninth year that I’ve created photo calendars for my family. Every year I scare them by telling them that I just didn’t make enough photos this year to come up with a good calendar. They never take me seriously and I have always managed to put thirteen photos (one for each month and one for the cover) from the year gone by into a calendar that they can enjoy until the next year.
