Long day working on the bathroom remodel / repair and then rushed to get ready to go to the movies for The Hunger Games. Plus Savannah had a friend sleep over and as a result of all that I didn’t take many photos. Excuses!
Anyway, Amy made these awesome looking waffles for the girls and I figured that if I couldn’t eat them I would take a picture.
We had a strangely good trip to the movies. In Florence, we hit all the traffic lights green, then we got the front parking spot at the theater. We weren’t really early, but our favorite seats were available too! The Hunger Games Movie was a great interpretation of the book which I just read this week. Amy said I knew too much about the story since it was fresh on my mind. I even listen ended to The Hunger Games Fan Podcast, even though I only meant to listen to the movie review. I will start reading the second book in the trilogy tomorrow probably.
