Garden Prep Begins

I couldn’t stand it any longer. I had to get my hands in the dirt. I pretty much neglected the garden over the winter. The advantage of the square foot garden soil is apparent. It’s still loose and thankfully gives up the lumps of crabgrass readily.

I also turned the compost pile and I think It’s going to be decomposed enough to use. I have little time these days so hopefully I’ll be able to get it going earlier than I did last year.
